Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Free roadside parking in surrounding streets via scratch card parking permits (owner provides), on first come, first served basis. Council car park 5 mins walk away, free from 1st Nov to 1st March. Small enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. Two small well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Adjoining property has access to bins via apartment courtyard. Note: Property is more suited for two people, but can sleep four with use of the double sofa bed in the sitting area.
